Putnam County Jail Rules
On-site visitors must control personal property or store it in vehicles before entering the jail. The jail will not hold personal items. Games, hygiene items, and clothing are no longer accepted because they are available through commissary. Court clothing is a narrow exception: an inmate may receive one complete outfit seven days before a jury trial and must send it back out or have it picked up within 14 working days after the final court appearance.
